Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Farol Hotel, I was mesmerized by the seamless blend of culinary innovation and unbeatable ambiance. The Farol Bar, with its classic elegance, served up delightful cocktails and succulent steak sandwiches that satisfied my cravings after a long day of surfing. Imagine my delight when I discovered the Bar on the Rocks, offering authentic Portuguese tapas and salads, a true gastronomic adventure that transported me to the heart of Portuguese flavors.Sitting at the dining terrace, I marveled at the ever-changing Atlantic spectacle, enjoying a meal prepared with the finest locally-sourced ingredients. The use of Philippe Starck's transparent Louis Ghost chairs added a touch of modern sophistication to the dining room, creating a unique dining experience where indoors seamlessly merged with the outdoors.Farol Hotel's eateries like the Belvedere Ristorante, Sushi Design, and Marina Sushi Bar within close proximity allowed me to explore a diverse range of culinary offerings, further enhancing my gourmet getaway experience. If you seek a culinary journey intertwined with breathtaking views, Farol Hotel is the place to be.
